Penco's a town located in the south-central zone of Chile, near Concepción City It was the old ground of the last mentioned city, from the moment of its foundation in 1550

Although its official foundation date's in October, the Spanish set foot on its soil months before: February.

The historical beginnings of "Penco"-Town
