ENGLISH: Penco's a "Gross" chilean Town

 Bárbara:- Hello Rubén! How are things in Penco?-

Rubén:- NOT SO GOOD!! Penco's a rambuctious, scandalous and "gross" place-

Goño:- Here in Chillancito (Concepción) things aren't very different. When do you return!?

Rubén:- It all depends on whether I just find work!

Bárbara:- Take it easy friend! Never lose faith!

Rubén:- Goño?, What do you think of my impressions about Penco?

Goño:- I think that living in a noisy town isn't wothy of a place that claims to be touristy. It's unfortunate !!

Bárbara:- Isn't the municipality doing anything to solve this problem?

Rubén:- They don't care! They are indifferent!! They pretend to be ignorant!! The authorities demonstrate PURE "LACK OF WILL"!!!!!!
