Chile in english: THE POLICE (Carabineros)

I´m convinced that the criticism of the Chilean Police isn´t a mere and vulgar "RESENTMENT" of the people (As they make it believe from the fascist). Rather, it´s consequence of a fundamental task such as ensuring PUBLIC SECURITY (Tranquility), they aren´t fulfilling it!
